When you cannot sleep peacefully at night

1. only use your bed for sleeping, if you watch tv on it, or do work on it, or computer or gaming, then your body will want to be awake when you are on it
2. try to got to sleep at same time each day: establish a regular schedule for sleep
3. you might have excess energy, so go exercise until your body requires healing and rest, because it is exhausted
4.try a glass of milk and a little honey in it, or some turkey because it has tryptophan which should make you drowsy
5. prayer before bed, or fall asleep while reading a book, to put your mind at rest and any anxiety or fear, guilt or shame at peace before you sleep, and just be thankful when you wake up the next day…
