dont let your workouts get boring,  have fun and always challenge your body to get better and avoid hitting the wall.

I bought a machine for pullups, and in the video link  above this I turned it into almost my own mini gymnastics gym

fun stuff: always push a little further each day to grow stronger instead of lazier or slower….:)

these moves are great for the core, back, shoulders and grip strength
